Request a mix design according to your neccesities for example:

I require a concrete mix design with the following specifications:

  1. Coarse Aggregate:

    • 50% of the total aggregate content.

    • Size: 3/4" (19mm).

    • Specific Gravity: 2.651 (SSD).

  2. Fine Aggregate:

    • Natural Sand with Specific Gravity: 2.66 (SSD).

  3. Cement:

    • Type 1L with Alkalis at 0.54% and a Density of 3.09.

  4. Fly Ash:

    • 25% replacement of the total cementitious content.

    • Density: 2.42.

  5. Water-Cement Ratio:

    • 0.40 (by weight).

  6. Desired Strength:

    • 5000 psi (34.5 MPa) at 28 days.

  7. Workability:

    The mix should be flowable and pumpable.

Please provide the mix design in pounds for solid materials and gallons for water.

The more accurate the information provided better the calculation.

Keep in mind to have your mill certs with you updated.

Calculations are based on your information, include your specific gravities SSD rod, and if is possible your unit weight SSD rod.
